Welcome to White Cluster. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from whiteclusterjewel.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, kindly discontinue use of our website.

All White Cluster jewelry is handcrafted with precision and care. Because each piece is made by hand, minor variations in colour and man-made stone may occur.

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) for Indian customers. International customers will see pricing in their local currency at checkout where available. All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gemstone, or material costs.

• Indian orders: prices are inclusive of applicable GST
• International orders: prices exclude import duties, customs fees, and local taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and supported international payment gateways
• We do not store full payment card details — all transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS within 24 hours, including your order ID and estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

White Cluster ships worldwide. All shipments are fully insured and trackable from dispatch to delivery.

• India — standard delivery: 5–7 working days
• India — express delivery: available at additional charge
• International — standard delivery: 10–20 working days depending on destination
• Free shipping on Indian orders above ₹2,999
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• All shipments come in secure, gift-ready packaging

For customers outside India, please note the following:

• You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in your country
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
• In some countries, your package may be inspected by customs authorities before delivery
• Return shipping costs for international returns are borne by the customer
• All prices and refunds for international orders will be processed in INR; any currency conversion is managed by your bank or payment provider

We want you to love your White Cluster piece. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know:

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact
• Engraved, monogrammed, or customized jewelry is non-returnable (unless faulty)
• International returns are accepted — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Items worn, used, resized, or altered are not eligible for return
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
• If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

Every White Cluster piece is backed by our craftsmanship warranty because we stand behind everything we make.

• Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery
• Physical damage from mishandling, accidents, chemicals, water, or improper storage is not covered
• Modifications made by a third-party jeweler will void the warranty
• To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue
• Approved warranty claims will result in repair or replacement at our discretion
